PHL University College is located in Hasselt, in the heart of the Euregion Meus Rhine. Due to our recent industrial history our region has become a true melting pot of diverse cultures, where the “Idea of Europe” has been a reality for many years now.  This cultural richness can be felt in all sections of the population. 

PHL is often referred to as “the University College with the network”. Not only because for the past decade ICT has been a fully integrated part in all curricula (every student has a laptop), but also because of our close links with the local and federal government, industries and other organisations.
